India’s First Robotic Pediatric Gait Trainer Service Launched in Kozhikode!
India’s first robotic-assisted pediatric gait trainer service has been launched at the Iqraa-Thanal Super Specialty Early Intervention Center in Malaparamba, Kozhikode. This revolutionary technology is set to play a crucial role in the rehabilitation of children with developmental challenges, including cerebral palsy.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by Malabar Group Chairman M. P. Ahmed, with Dr Mohammed Asheel, National Professional Officer for Injuries, Disabilities, Assistive Technology, and Rehabilitation at WHO India, as the chief guest. The event was presided over by Dr. Idrees V., Chairman of Thanal, and featured a keynote address by Dr.Anver PC, Executive Director of IQRAA International Hospital & Research Centre.
This groundbreaking service will be available free of cost to economically disadvantaged families, ensuring that children with special needs receive the best possible care and therapy.
