We kicked off the new financial year at Thanal with a high-impact Quantitative Research workshop, a key milestone in our continuous Leadership Development Program.
Organised by Learning and Development Department, the session was led by DR. FATHIMA BUSHRA SALIHA K. P. (Co-founder, Researchphile & Assistant Professor, Farook College), the workshop provided our Function Heads, HoDs, and Program/project Coordinators with technical mastery in Strategic Topic & Variable Selection, Research Tool Selection and Data Collection Methods
