തണലിന്റെ  ജനറൽ ബോഡി യോഗം ‘തണൽ സംഗമം’ തലക്കുളത്തൂർ മിയാമി ഓഡിറ്റോറിയത്തിൽ വെച്ച് ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 22നു നടന്നു.  തണൽ പ്രസിഡണ്ട് മുനീർ. വി സ്വാഗതം പറഞ്ഞ പരിപാടിയിൽ ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി നാസർ ടി. ഐ പ്രവർത്തന റിപ്പോർട്ടും ട്രഷറർ റിയാസ് സാമ്പത്തിക റിപ്പോർട്ടും അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.തണൽ ചെയർമാൻ ഡോ. ഇദ് രിസ്  അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ചു.

എഴുത്തുകാരനും പ്രഭാഷകനുമായ പി.എം.എ ഗഫൂർ മുഖ്യാതിഥിയായിരുന്നു. പൊതുപ്രവർത്തകരായ നജീബ് കുറ്റിപ്പുറം, ശബരി ഗിരീഷ്, സി.എച്ച് മാരിയത്ത്, കാട്ടുകണ്ടി കുഞ്ഞബ്ദുല്ല എന്നിവർ സദസ്സിനോട് സംസാരിച്ചു.

ദീപു തൃക്കോട്ടൂരിൻ്റെ രചനയിൽ കുറ്റ്യാടി തണലിലെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച ‘ചിറകിനാകാശം’ ചെറു നാടകം അരങ്ങേറി. തണൽ സി.ഇ.ഒ കെ.ടി  അനൂപും, സി. ഒ.ഒ എസ്. സുവീനും ഡിപ്പാർട്മെന്റ്  ഇൻചാർജുമാരെയും മറ്റും പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തി. സമീർ പയ്യോളി നന്ദിപറഞ്ഞു.

The general body meeting ‘Thanal Sangamam’ was held at the Miami Auditorium in Thalakulathur on August 22. Thanal President Muneer V extended a warm welcome to the attendees. The working report was presented by General Secretary Nassar T. I., followed by the financial report delivered by Treasurer Riyas. 

Thanal Chairman Dr. Idrees V presided over the meeting. The event featured renowned writer and speaker PMA Ghafoor as the chief guest. Public activists Najeeb Kuttipuram, Sabari Girish, CH Mariyath, and Kattukandi Kunjabdullah also addressed the audience, sharing their insights.

A notable highlight was the staging of the short play ‘Chirakinakasam,’ written by Dheepu Thrikottoor and performed by students of Kuttyadi Thanal. Thanal CEO K.T. Anoop and COO S. Suveen introduced the department in-charges and other key personnel. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Sameer Payyoli.
