Thanal Women Wing organized an engaging and impactful event on January 18 at JDT Auditorium, Kozhikode, showcasing a blend of cultural performances and insightful sessions. The program began with a song by Anagha, setting a positive tone for the day. Manju Sunil delivered the welcome speech, followed by Ramla Teacher, who presides over the event as Chair.
The inauguration was graced by Raees Hidaya, and Dr. V. Idrees presented an eloquent introduction to the program’s purpose. Performances such as songs by Sidharth and Fida, a skit, and an Oppana dance added cultural richness, delighting the audience.
Thought-provoking sessions were conducted by notable speakers, including Dr.Dilshath Raihana k on disabilities, Dr Lukeman on Psychiatry, and Dr.Rari on palliative care. Sumi highlighted community engagement initiatives, while Dr. Naveen Anaswara MPH,CPH. provided valuable insights into Health operations.
The event also featured heartfelt contributions from Babu, the father of Amal Krishna, and Yusuf, the father of Shada, who shared their personal stories. A drama performance captivated the audience, and the program concluded with a vote of thanks by Sindhu.
