Internship Details
Eligibility: Open to students and recent graduates interested in environmental conservation, sustainability, and community development.
Duration: Internships typically last a minimum of 30 days, with interns expected to work 8 hours a day, Monday through Saturday.
Compensation: Although unpaid, interns will receive a stipend reflective of the program’s timeframe and responsibilities.

Onboarding Process
Once selected, interns will undergo induction at the Thanal head office in Malaparamba (via online or offline methods). Interns will receive a joining letter, and Thanal Internship ID card, and become familiarized with the staff and the organization’s centers or institutions.
